I am 17 year old female livving in round rock texas looking for a job? |
does anyone know of any job oppertunities in round rock texas for teens with disabilities. i had an accident and had 3 or more surgeries in the last year wich makes it very hard for my to stand and do hard labor, i have had surgery on my lower spine right heal and left ancle, i need to find a job working answering telephones or on the compters,, something similar, with little exp. needed. please please let me know, Contact Texas Rehabilitation and they will help you find a job and get the education needed for that job. look in local newspaper Talk to your school counselors also. Try out the local employment agency if you have one. good luck. try Dell computers I believe they train or if you can get to Georgetown (8 miles north)in the Westinghouse has a telemarketing center. (at least they did 4 yrs ago) You could try some of the various stores to see if they have an opening many of them will modify requirements for people with disabilitys. (providing a stool to run a register rather than standing.) |
