How long does it take to receive lost wage benefits from workers comp? |
I was injured on the job on July 27. I am going to try to go back to work on August 21. I am unable to get my claims worker to answer the telephone or return my calls/emails. So, I come here to ask if anyone knows how long it usually takes to receive lost wages benefits from workers comp. Thanks. usually it takes a while and a lawyer got me mine in a settlement like in 2 years and he took a 1/3 but that was cool cause he got me like $87,500.00 my end for a broken arm at work . If you are waiting for payments it will take from 4 to 6 weeks. But they will back pay you. |
