Global Mergers and Acquisitions Inc?

Several of my friends who own american shares have been targeted by this company with "offers to buy their shares". This includes the need to provide your bank details (possibly leading to an empty account) and also the need to pay up front a "bond" of 10% of the supposed value. If one looks at their site here:-

it seems very impressive but they are not in the NY telephone directory and there is only an answering service if you call. Any one else any knowledge of this one?

Just another to defraud unsuspecting people. Due diligence should be made of any offer u get.

no tell them you will only sell shares in ordinary way dont take the risk
