I have tried several names i.e. to make a new e-mail address.janejackson with and without yahoo.co.uk and yahoo.com but still says restricted belongs to yahoo.co.uk.. do you understand ......... THE ID IS ALREADY TAKEN .. ya cant have it the reason it is restricted is because someone else has already got a e-mail account in this name so its not possible for you to have it Yes, like already said, someone already has janejackson registered as in use. This often happens when your name, like mine, isn't exactly rare. You'll have to try various permutations and variations until you hit upon one that someone hasn't already picked.
