LAWYERS: please give me serious answer?

A man made a woman pregnant, and he has never bother about the woman and the baby(never see her again after the day he made the baby with her) , when the woman has a baby, has he STILL got the right to see his baby?(eventhough he has never treated her right and be nice to her)*They never living together as a couple, he only come to see her 3 times in 1 year, and the woman has been trying to contact him and asked him to be with her and the baby but he has always avoiding to see her, she has never know his telephone umber....she suspicious that the way he act and treated her is like 'he has mental ill 'Narcissist' personality disorder....Is there any laws protect her and the baby from being his victim, if he is really mental ill. the woman never know his friends, telephone number, address, where he live, his relative, she know nothing about him, only his e-mail address but she realised that he using e-mail to hurt her and play mind games with her, so she decided to stop contact with him by e-mail, asked him to contact her by telephone or visit her at home....but he ignore and never be bother her and the baby....*My ex-horrible husband never paid a penny to support my son since we left 4 yrs ago the CSA got little money from him only 2 months then he stop paying...*My solicitor stil can not do anything about it* eventhough we have the evidence to prove how nasty he is but he is not stupid to attack me phyiscally, he does it emotionaly...sort of people like this never do any good to the baby why we don't change the laws!...and I found that if we go for 'harrasment' then there won't be any help from the legal we need to pay thousonds pounds!

A father has rights, even if he isn't a nice person. The only way to stop him being able to see his son legally is to get a court order restricting visitation. If the mother is concerned, she should visit her local citizens advice bureau for free help.

Children of all ages now have the legal right to see their absent parent for a reasonable amount of time each week, to stay with them overnight and to go on holiday with them. The courts will uphold this right, even when the other parent strongly disagrees (there are special rules, however, where there has been domestic violence).

You should advise the woman to think carefully about whether or not to prevent access. It isn't legal to withhold a child from its father, nor is it nice. Although the man hasn't been responsible, if he is now wanting to see the child, the mother should seriously consider what is better for the child - and usually that is to have a relationship with the father. If the child is allowed no relationship with the father, he will also missed out on many other family relationships, namely grandparents and cousins.

legally, he has the right to see his child if he provides support for that child unless the court has specifically denied visitation. by the same token, the mother has the right to sue the father for child support and to deny visitation if he is proven to be an unfit father under the law. see a lawyer
