If someone is telephobia , how can we help him?

By trying to let him reply the telephone as much as possible or
By trying to answer the call on his behalf?

Is anyone has this problem here..how would you feel if you are forced to reply a call?

PS..I mean if someone has telephobia.

U shouldn't force a person to do things he is scared of.it will only make him more violent and scared
May be u shud try therapy. might be a bit costly though.....but take a doc's help

Answer the phone on his behalf and try to get him to see a therapist. There are methods that work 80% of the time to cure such problems, without meds.

Ask him what his therapist recommends.
