The new, poorly designed, BT Yahoo! homepage is a joke. I want the old style homepage back.?

Why has this new 'homepage' design been forced upon your paying customers? It it awful and is not configurable. The 'My Quicklinks' item can only be closed temporarily. The 'Personal Assistant' is pointless - it can not be moved nor can it be changed in a sensible manner. Any news item i read comes up in the homepage window and not in a new window (that's just stupid). There are annoying 'features' that i can not remove. And don't get me started on the huge advert - it can't be moved or closed. The whole 'design' is poor and ill considered. I have had no proper response from e-mails regarding these matters and telephone calls to the 'technical help' desk get no answers. The best I've heard on more than one occasion is that they have received 'many' complaints related to the new rubbish homepage. Why can BT Yahoo! not give its paying customers the option of reverting to the old homepage?

To get back to your original My Yahoo! page, click on Switch to original My Yahoo!, which you can find at the bottom of the My Yahoo! Beta page.

After you click, you鈥檒l get a page where you can give us feedback on the beta, or you can just click the Switch back button to proceed. (If you have second thoughts about switching back, you can click I'll stay.)

This does not relate to the BT Yahoo! home page. The Yahoo! home page is clearly another can of worms. With the BT Yahoo! thing there never was an option to 'switch back' to the old homepage. The BT Yahoo! home page is a beta thas been released without proper testing. Report It

i know that i don't pay for yahoo.

I have trouble sending emails. I know thats not the question and my answer to it is... it will change again (probably) in a couple of months just as you get used to it.

Sorry to hear your problem but I have'nt had any problems with the new home page.
