How do I get Yahoo to resolve a payment problem when all emails and phone calls do not relate to problem?

Yahoo says personals subscription payment overdue, yet I have attempted on the phone with "representatives" to enter the info required and each time I receive "error try again later". After at least 6 emails and 2 hours! on the phone, I am told Discover cannot verify my address. Discover says it verifies address exactly as entered and problem is with Yahoo. Each answer I get from yahoo gives the same telephone number and I repeat there entire process. I have emailed this info to Yahoo and cannot seem to get any response other than sorry call number or go to wallet.I have done both and I am talking to a wall. I just want want one reasonably intelligent person to correct Yahoo's problem, which I continue to receive the same parroted answers.I have names of many women who sign, some even repeated in succesive emails. No one is listening. Customer service does not exist in helping . Any solutions? Thank you

i think i would cancel and try another service, call them and let them know your decision/
