How do I cure my sick axolotl?!?

Please help me! I have an axolotl, about 1yr old, had it for about 10 months. It's been ill several times, with white fungus usually on the eyes, but elsewhere as well. Lately she's also been unable to wak straight, she tends to tip to one side all the time.

What is this and how can I cure her?

I have been using Methylene Blue until now, but the fungus comes back again and again.

Also, can anyone recommend a vet who knows about axolotls? I live in UK, no one here knows about them and I'm getting desperate. I want my pet to have a good life, but now it seems to be suffering allt he time. I'm willing to call a vet anywhere in the world and pay for telephone consultation.
