any help much appreciated...Im trying to track a dodgy ebay seller from his mobile number(doesnt answer) to locate his address to then locate his home/work telephone number as theyr not on ebay.

No. If they are dodgy report them to trading standards or the Police and let them use their resources.

no, problem with mobiles is that they are not necessarily related to an address, e.g. if you have a pay as you go mobile you can get it without anyone ever knowing your address

Report them to Ebay. I was selling an item on Ebay and this guy bidded, won and then refused to pay. I reported my concern to Ebay and they refunded my selling fees for that item. Unfortunately, there are people who think they can hide behind mobile numbers and email addresses. There is very little the likes of you and I can do about it! But, do report the matter to Ebay.

the only way is if u know someone who works for that mobile company but if they tell u his info they have broken data protection. Give me his number and Ill phone. Im waiting for parcel from ebay too but hasnt arrived. she posted it monday.
