I am looking for a Telephone Ethics for a Service company of supply chain and customer service . How to answer a call, How to end a call, How to handle Irate customers. could anybody suggest me any website or link where i can go and get some information, i am working in a supply chain process ,for honeywell int. i need to learn some good sentences and phrases , plesse help me guys !

If you have a irratated customer:
Im very sorry mam/sir, i will try to see if i have a tslk wit hmy manager, we will fix this problem as soon as possible, once again we are very sorry.
And when you hang up:
Thank you ma'am/sir for your time, it was nice doing business with you
OR
Thankyou for your time and i hope you have a nice day.

oh, if someone sounds pissed off dont ramble on trrying to sell your product just say that you will call back at a more convinient time
