About the yahoo messenger?

when i play yahoo messenger,i saved the people's telephone number when i first add them to my contact.every time, when i use the mouse to click on their name ,i can see their ID and their telephone number.if i click on their name, and then i also click on the (Mobile:.............)and it will start connect to them. But the thing i want to ask is when it start connect to them , will it cost me and charge me money? Will i have to pay money after i connect to them?

that is because when i asked last time, there are only two answers given to me and i dont know the meaning of the answers.they are too short.
