Fabricsandpoles.com - Any dissatisfied customers want their address?

Hi All.
I think website sellers should include their address and telephone number to help avoid bad service &, worse still, scams - don't you agree?
Well having FINALLY received fabric I ordered (after threatening to claim via Paypal), my experience was that they are either a shambles, dishonest or both and the most worrying aspect is not knowing how to contact them or if you'll get your fabric or money back (especially as you pay upfront).
Before you buy, they answer questions but afterwards nothing ( I sent 3 emails over 2 weeks requesting information but to no avail. - you just get ignored).
Notice there鈥檚 NO ADDRESS or TELEPHONE NUMBER on their site - there's a good reason for that as they obviously don't want you to be able to contact them.

This question is good, but I am not sure . Generally I try the following when not sure. Go to the address bar on top of the web page. Type in:
www.google.com
You can copy and paste this link.
Then in the next web page there will be a form . Type in your question and then press enter in your key board. Lo and behold you will get so many web pages to choose from. Hope this helps. Thanks.
