Oh and Did I see a quesiton about how often a pet should get fresh water and food? How often is too much food? wow sounds like you covered everything....mastiffs are awesome dogs!! Wow it looks like have been incredibly throrough and truly care to find your pups the best home possible. That's awesome.
How can ensure the people filling this out are telling the truth though? 43 and 44 are odd questions that people might not understand to answer Maybe ask if they or anyone in there household has had issues with pet allergies in the past?
Other than that, sounds good. You are doing awesome. I'm actually proud of you, these are all the same questions that I ask my prospective buyers. Good luck, and I'm glad to know that there are other breeders just as particular as myself. Wow! I'm not sure *I* would answer a 62 question inquiry. I'd cut it down a bit.

Good luck with your doggies! :-) Looks pretty thorough to me. I didn't see anything about why they want the mastiff i.e. for protection, companion, breeding or whatever. I know that the ASPCA will not adopt out any dog if a person chooses protection because the do not want the animal to be trained to be mean. If the question is there maybe I just missed it.
I LOVE MASTIFFS! My fiance and I are trying to get a house and I am trying to convince him to let me get a mastiff. They are gentle giants and wonderful companions. He's concerned about the drool and amount of food it will take to feed him/her. I am too but not as much as he is. I have had pets all my life so I know they take work. Where are you located? That seems pretty good!! Congratz!
But number 43 and 44 I don't understand at all...
GOOD LUCK!!! Boy....you really care about the little guys doncha? Can't think of anything else you could ask....be aware it might put some people off buying one of your puppies, but if they aren't prepared to answer your questionnaire, maybe you won't sell them a puppy anyway? Only other thing I can think to ask is how much they plan to spend a year on the dog's care. Especially since this is a giant breed, they need to know that they are going to be shelling out a lot for food, medical care, etc. wow great job you have covered every thing.
but make sure they are willing /able to pay vet expences. like if the dog was hit by a car and broke its leg would they be willing to pay all expenses?
also ask where the dog will sleep at night. you want to make sure
it isn't out in the snow.
finally recomend that they enroll in a puppy obedience course. so you can make sure the dog is properly trained
