Acer Customer Support Number?

Good Evening All,
I am hoping you can help me. I have spent about an hour on the computer trying to find a telephone number to Acer Support. Does one exist and if so does anyone have it?
I understand they are wanting to have all of their "support" issues resolved over the net, but when you have a non working computer it gets a little tough. I am looking for my dad, he has spent 12hrs trying to find out what is wrong with his computer.
Now he is wanting to take all of his programs off and restore his computer....if you guys hav an answer for that too, it would be GREAT!!!

Acer technical support number is 1-800-618-2237 and they are open 7 days a week on central time. Weeks days they close at 9.00pm central time, and weekends they close at 5.00pm central time.

To restore your computer to factory default,
- turn your computer on and immediately hold down the alt key and while holding down the alt key tap F10 for about 9 to 10 times, you will see a message that 'Starting acer erecovery management. Please wait.' Then chose restore to factory default. That process takes not less than 45 minutes. Good luck.
