What would be the reasoning for Yahoo to delete this question? |
"Are there any work at home jobs out there that do not require for you to have Windows or a home telephone? I use Linix at home and only have a cellphone" They should have sent you an email stating the reason, but what it comes down to is that some use on this site, for some reason or no reason, reported it. From there it is automatic, sorry. Some folks just report because they can, it seems. They usually give a reason in the violation notice. What was it? Did they say you were spamming? I think there are some people on here just reporting like crazy no matter if rules are broken or not. There are a lot of people complaining about pulled questions and answers. I've had the same problem occasionally. I have repeatedly asked Yahoo why?, and asked that they have a human look at the question and say what is wrong with it. I have not yet received a reply. They simply say that it violates community guidelines. (by automatic mail--never by a human). The only violation that I can conceive of is that occasionally, I have placed two '?' signs in the same question. Maybe the automatic reader thinks this is two separate questions (a violation--thou shalt not ask two questions in one.) Sometimes the question is deleted the instant I post it (which must perforce be a computer problem). Sometimes it is deleted after a short while (15 minutes--I've been in the middle of answering a question, and when I submit the answer, the question is already gone.) Always, though, they charge me the points for asking. (Why, since they're not worth anything?) maybe its because its in the wrong category,,try putting it in the jobs and employment section,,, |
