I need a basic mobile with an excellent signal, can you help me ?

not bothered about all the gadgets, i just want a reliable telephone for receving calls. i have a samsung which is very up to date but people sometimes get my answer machine even tho i have a signal !!

its for work and i may be missing out on jobs.

of all cell phones, nokia have the best signal. the models beginning with 1 (ex 1110i) are the most basic ones but the strongest ones.

Nokia are durable and good quality. Cheap ones you could throw on the ground, and they'd just bounce.

i am currently with t mobile and i love them. if you go to www.tmobile.com you can tyoe in your area code and it will tell you how well reception is in your area and how many towers are around you. as for the cell phones themselves...samsungs cell phones are very unreliable. nokia, motorola...mosy reliable...all cell companies should have a coverage check for your area on their web page like tmobile....just find which one has the best servie for you. overall though...tmobiles, service, customer service and prices are excellent...i have been with cingular, at&t, nextel, and sprint and i love tmobile....

You can buy a Nokia phone for 拢20 in Tesco. It is basic but that is all we need. I have a Motorola Rav 3 and it is crap.
It is not the phone that gets a good signal but the network. I find T-Mobile very good and O2 is excellent if not better.
