Getting into recruitment (UK)? |
I want to get into recruitment and work for an employment agency. Thing is most of them will only consider graduates even though I have experience of the interviewing, hiring and releasing of staff from a position I was promoted into. I also have years of customer service experience and telephone based work. I think this would be an ideal postion for me, but apart from the obvious answer, getting a degree, any other ideas how I can get into it? u could try www.jobcentreplus.gov if u haven't all ready. maybe this will help not sure but check it out anyway always worth a try. |
