How to block a number manually from my house phone(in singapore)?

i am a singaporean. I have received calling from one person through my house phone and my hand phone..i am wondering if i can block the number from my home telephone as i can block it in my handphone just my pressing a few buttons......Please do not write answers like call him and scold shut up.ty

it sounds like this person is harrassing u. i mean, they may not be rude or threatening, but they ARE bothering u. call ur phone company and ask to have the number blocked. im not sure if most phones are able to block foreign numbers from home, but the company will DEFF. be able to block it.

just explain the situation, and they'll help u out.
