What has happened to the server ftp.btinternet.com? |
For more than 2 weeks now I have been unable to connect to ftp.btinternet.com. Nothing has changed in the settings I use in my ftp client and at one stage BT Help Line confirmed by telephone that the servser was down and being worked upon. All my other contacts with BT Support treats my like an idiot and will not give me a direct answer to any of my simple questions. (For example - "are there any known problems with this servers availability?). I just tried using konqueror over bt broadband. That the was fastest ftp connection I think I've ever had. |
