pushing customers to buy the Spanish,European Lotttery and even the big 4 nations lottos to me even when people like me told them off not to call us, telling them our reasons not to buy and if all this failed i told them flatly the game is 1 in a million person to win the big jackpot. i even told her i will put this matter up in the Yahoo ask and answer if she does not stop her calling me non-stop everyday disturbing me peace and getting me very stress and very upset to the point i want to cut off my telephone line and get a new line soon...any suggestion please give your sincere advice....... well the agent can be sued on the grounds of violation of privacy as once its clear to the agent that the prospecive custpomer does not want to be pursued then he or she has to give up , I know about some ruling in my country about solicitation calls .... I may be wrong but I think the sale of foreign lottery tickets is illegal in Singapore. |
