Is this some sort of harassment( its long)?

this boy i was briefly invovled with is now calling me 5/6 months later after we had a major issue with each other. he left me two messages saying he wants to see me or talk to me. i answered two of his phone calls but he just sits on the phone i said hello two times and i hung up. my cousin called him to tell him to stop calling me but she cursed him out and threatened to fight him. he retailiates by telling me he just wanted sex when he called( i also curse him out for his comment). he calls me a day later after everything but it was a missed call. i tell my brother to call him but he acts like his telephone is messed up and hangs up on my brother. and lastly he called me today to ask where i was and to see if i could come and visit him. whats wrong with him?

we are not minors im 20 he's 18. not a big age difference.

Instead of cussing him out, and getting everyone involved, why don't YOU just talk to him face to face, not on the phone. SEE WHAT HIS PROBLEM IS!! He's obviously a jerk...but ya gotta figure out WHY!

Sounds like he's being a punk. He probably has something to tell you but instead of being straight up he's beating around the bushes. It's clear that you don't like him anymore and have moved on, so when he calls tell him that he should tell you the truth about why he's calling you, and if he doesn't you're gonna take out a restraining order on him for harassing you...Hopefully that'll scare him off...

sounds like he's a bit dense and doesn't take no for an answer. it could be a form of harrassment is he a minor you could have your parents call his and that might do it.
he's knows which buttons to push to get you going although it may get aggravating ignore his calls etc.
