My Yahoo Mail is not working correctly. When I attempt to compose a note or answer an eMail )1) The compose screen appears...(2) Will not allow addresses to be entered...(3) System will not accept any typing in the message area...(4) Will not accept any attachments... Click start > control panel > internet options. On general tab delete cookies, delete files (including offline content), and clear history, one at a time. Answer yes/OK when prompted. On Content tab, click AutoComplete then click Clear Forms. Click OK until dialog box closes. Restart computer. If problem persists, call AT&T Yahoo cutomer support: 1-877-722-3755. If they can't help they can probably refer you to a different telephone number. Is there a link some where that says help? Maybe you can contact someone through that? |
