I want my e-mails and i.ds back. have tried 3 times to get help but i don't remember secret Q & A!!!?

i have sent numerous emails to yahoo requesting help with retrieving my passwords to 2 yahoo i.ds and e-mails. Becos i cant remember the secret question secret answer they won't help. I supplied previous and present addresses even a customer i.d from a past premium service purchase. I asked for a telephone number for Yahoo so I can talk to somebody, not a damn e-mailer! Nothing! It is all complicated by the fact my primary e-mail is also lost due to my old p.c failing. Help!! Please!! Somebody!!!!

I think you may be out of luck. Did you set an alternate email address into your profile? If you did, a new password can be generated and sent to that email address.

i was going to tell you to go to your yahoo account sorry but you will need your password to get into that.

i now this is a pain for you , but if you open , two emails accounts , and send your pass words to each of them and save them , make sure you send the password the right one to each of them, also have a word doc to save your password to on a floppy disk , or a memory stick
it is called backing up your data , this was one of the first things i learned when i started pc . as a slow typer i lost a document which took me ages , it was not much but it taught me to back things up now .have you tried you help and go to email part sorry could not help you any better but at lease you have an idea of what to do next time , and you will remeber what you have done this time so i do not think you will make the same mistake
