I subscribe paid for a 7 day trial membership to your Music Plus. How do I unsub to this. It is way under 7?

The service did not work and you said I have 7 days to unsubscribe to this product.

I thought I had and have deleted it from my computer. However, I received an email welcoming me.

This is frustrating and I will not pay for a service that did not work and was cancelled in only an hours time, much less 7 days.

This should be made simple but I can get no answers anywhere I search.

Please help confirm my cancellation. I am not young or well. This money spent I can not afford for something I can't even hear.

Thank you for your prompt response. I will call my credit card to despute this charge and try to have it even billed since it is worthless to me on my machine. I could not get it to even produce clips and I thought I canceled it.
