How do I contact Yahoo re: a very serious security issue? preferably by phone?

My first and until now only yahoo acct was hacked into in March. My password and security question changed making it impossible for me to access. I was told by yahoo that there was nothing they could do since I was unable to correctly answer the security question linked to my account. I have just learned that now my profile on the hacked acct has been changed to display my personal home address and phone number along with some very disturbing descriptions under the occupation, hobbies, and other categories. I e-mailed them and explained the situation and the importance of immediate action. The reply I recieved was how to add my old acct name to my ignore list. Obviously not an adequate solution. I want to talk to a human being, whether it be by telephone, or via instant messaging. How can I do this?
