Why won't any police agency help me?

I am a Disabled Veteran, and while I was a inpatient in the VA Hospital I was molested by a female student from Stanford claiming to be my doctor. Since the VA is a Federal Facility their cities police department, and the FBI said they can't help me. I also filed a Hospital Police report. Since I filed a Federal Tort Claim I am not receiving any Profresssional Health Care, and I have copy of a letter from my last doctors vist that states that I have a life threating condiction, but my primary care, and other VA doctors will not help me by finding the problem. Since then I have been getting noting but retelliation from all levels of the hospitals staff. The nurses belittle me, and the management ridicule me. One laughed on the telephone at me and said we get sued all the time. He then replied, " Did you find an Attorney yet"? I did not answer his question, but no one is will to help me. I filed my Federal Tort Claim within one year of the crime. Does any one have any advice for me?

Contact the State Attorney General, the Secretary of the Department of Veteran Affairs, and a lawyer skilled in the American with disabilities act. Be prepared to provide evidence to support probable cause. You might also contact the Department of Health.

Get a very good lawyer. It is difficult to sue the government, but not impossible.

I am sorry to hear that you have had this happen to you. Unfortunately, unless there are witnesses, it will come down to your word against hers. In that case, your only option is to find out if anyone else has filed similar complaints against her.

Also, I don't know if this is relevant, since you did not provide any details of the case, but I know that certain anesthetics can cause sexual hallucinations (that are indistinguishable from reality), and that some health care workers have been falsely accused because of this. This has been researched and is well documented, so If your molestation happened shortly after having awakened from anesthesia, I would consider this before preceding.

What it comes down to is that if you can't prove it, or no one else has complained you are probably waisting your time.
