Need help with DSL Troubleshooting? |
I have Yahoo DSL. When I'm on the computer and try to answer an incoming phone call, the computer freezes up until I hang up the phone. I have filters on all my phones and use cordless phones (5.8 megahertz). Do I have a bad filter somewhere? Any advice on how to fix this problem? PS - I do live close to power/telephone lines. check your filters call ur isp..internet service provider. i bet you have a split in your line. weither its outside or in the walls. it might be the modem. or even ur phone cord going to the modem. |
