Does anyone know how to find people in Tokyo Japan? I cannot find any website or anything online to locate?

Hi. If anyone "seriously" knows how to reach people or find people in Tokyo Japan please lend some websites and or telephone numbers in Tokyo where someone speaks English and can help me find people in Tokyo. I have not been able to find a working "White Pages" directory website for Japan, or the city of Tokyo.

Anyone with the best details and information is sure to get 10 points for best answer. Most of all, I would be most appreciative to anyone who can help me find someone in Tokyo or lead me to the right organization, government agency, or website, etc., where I can locate a person in Tokyo.

I only needed serious answers only; not non-helpful ones to everyone.

Your best option in trying to find someone in Tokyo is to put out a personal ad on The Japan Times (Monday Edition), which is an English newspaper. Or put out a personal ad on "Metropolis", which is a free English magazine. I've seen a few ads there with people searching for old friends, ex-loves, or someone they met at a club/party.

Personal contact information is not easily accessible here due to stalker cases, and ID thieves. You wouldn't be able to call any City Office just because you're looking for someone.

If you're looking for a non-Japanese person, you can try contacting the Embassy of that persons country. Foreign residents usually register with their home-country's Embassy in case of trouble.

Tokyo is the largest city in Japan. You'll need more than a person's name. Like the company they work for. Not knowing Japanese will make it very hard. Sorry this isn't much help , but you're going to need to find someone who know's Japanese.

It more complicated that you think, You need the full name, and address. You can co to yellow pages in Tokyo, and request a tradition using "yahoo babel fish" Good luck. You're gone to need it.

You need to learn there language most of them can't speak English.
