How do you say in French: Is there someone there who speaks english?

I'm staying in France and I often receive telephone calls. I ask: Parlez-vous anglais? and when they say "No", I have no idea how to ask if there is anyone there that speaks english that I could talk to... Please help! If you could possibly also write the way the answer should be pronounced, that would be great! Thankyou

Inversion (like "Y-a-t'il") while correct is very formal and tends to be used more in written contexts. Also, while French uses the definite article (le, la, l') in front of the names of languages (e.g., L'anglais est difficile./English is difficult.), the exception to this rule is when the name of the language follows the verb 'parler' (to speak): Je parle anglais (NOT Je parle l'anglais) = I speak English.
