Easy Riddle: Will you please help this girl named M?

There was a girl named 'M' who was a confused lot and used to trouble her parents a lot. Not only this, she was a liability to all around her. Infact due to this, she had very less friends. Everyone knew she was very good, but a confused and a misguided person.

Now here came another Tuesday and someone advised her to approach 20973187220 for some help. The advisor also told M to discuss her problems with it.

She immediately dialled these numbers on her phone keypad thinking they were some phone helpline telephone number. But they were not!

Moreover, as she was always confused and misguided, she could not grasp what was being suggested. She even talked to her old grandparents and they were of little help. She looked around and could not locate the answer. She also tried searching on the internet, but in vain.

So could you help her understand what's going on?
