Fear of rejection how to get over?

I sort of fear the rejection. I picked up 2 girls last year. When I asked their telephone number, they were all happy to say they will go out and have a cup of coffee with me. However, the second time I called them. They all changed their decision and hung up the phone. I surprisingly met my high school friend. She was happy to see me on the street and said she will definitely go out to have a cup of coffee with me. I called her a few time and sent a few emails. She replied my emails twice, but no more. We made an appointment. I went to the coffee shop, but she didn't attend. I called her, but no answer. Then, I called a number of times, but she hung up my calls. What were the problems? Ladies could you tell me. I am not the rapist. I am afraid to call her now. How can I overcome this fear?

We all have to face rejection in life, relationships, jobs, etc. etc. Just know that everyone in life has been through rejection, even Donald Trump (he has been turned down for bank loans). You get over a fear by facing it. Just rationalize it and do it. My mother always said if they cannot take your money or beat you up - you have everything to gain and nothing to lose - so just do it. By the way there are about 3 billion females in the world, so there are a lot to choose from. So what if a few turn you down, who cares? You have to sort through a lot of weeds to find one beautiful rose.

Look deep into your own eyes. What do you see? If fear's there, then the women are picking up on it too. Is lust there? If so, the women are seeing that too.
My advice? Take a chill pill and be patient. In the meantime, go out and enjoy your own company. When the time is right, you'll encounter Ms. Right. Of course, her name may not be "Ms Wright"...
Take a wait and see attitude, in other words, let it happen naturally. Be proactive but not to the point of becoming frustrated or neediness. Women sense neediness and frustration on a man and it comes across like cheap perfume. Yuk!

I think you should chill out on blowin up her cell and filling up her inbox. Right now, i have a few guys always bothering me, and it drives me nuts. It sends me a message that they are desperate and may be clingy. Granted, some of them i am good friends with, but they want to move on to that next level. I think you may just need to give it time. Dont call for a few days, let her call you. And if she doesnt, just move on. :) Good Luck!

You have to have confidence in yourself. You might get hung up once in a while, it happens. However, is that the type of person you really want to be around ? Decide what kind of person you want to be around, and when you date don't think about that person as a serious relationship or marriage right away, that scares some people off. It would have scared me off.

First, become friends, find out their interests and what makes them tick. be non-committal and things will come your way.

By the way, the more you ask girls out the easier it will become.

why don't you ask them to be honest with you and tell you why. you might be goign out for girls out of your league or you might be coming across as arrogant or self conscious. women like for you to listen and pay attention to them, not focus on yourself.
