No, it's okay - send them all of your money, it's all good . .

(duh?!)

You've just been scammed by the oldest game in the book.

Dont do it. It is probably a scam!

It's a scam. Avoid it at all costs.

RIP-OFF. Delete the mail, and never answer those.

its a scam to steal you id.

Anything from Nigeria is a SCAM. Nigerian scams are all over ebay.com

if its too good to be true it usually is

Sounds like a set up to me

you got spamed/conned

u just go money raped

DON'T BE A FOOL!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a scam to steal your ID........... or more!!!!!!!!!

i think you know the answer

5. Foreign Lotteries

The Bait: Emails boasting enticing odds in foreign lotteries. You may even get a message claiming you've already won! You just have to pay to get your prize or collect your winnings.

The Catch: Most promotions for foreign lotteries are phony. Participating in a foreign lottery violates U.S. law. The scammers will keep any money you send for 鈥渢axes鈥?or fees. In addition, lottery hustlers use victims' bank account numbers to make unauthorized withdrawals or their credit card numbers to run up additional charges.

Your Safety Net: Skip these offers. Don't send money now on the promise of a pay-off later.

Forward solicitations for foreign lottery promotions to spam@uce.gov.

Its a scam - ignore it completely.

Nigerian scams are already famous,

just do a search online.

I't's a scam! If you do it you will have been tricked with the oldest trick in the book!

HELL NO. THIS IS A SCAM. I REPEAT THIS IS A SCAM. I saw 20/20 where about 20 guys sit in a room all with computers in Nigeria scamming Americans out millions of dollars a year. This is fake don't do it. They even pride themselves on scamming Americans and how stupid we are. When the camera crew and the interviewer came out, they were looking stupid and tried to get out of there as fast as they could.

This is a scam. They will steal from you.

Yes. You are going to be mad. And broke. It's a scam. It's called the Nigerian scam, because that is where it originated, and still mostly operate from. I get around 10 of these every day.

Ignore it. Or continue only if you like being bent over and reamed.

Anything that asks for your passport info or credit info over the internet that isn't associated with your bank or directly to the government is a scame.

It's also like one of the oldest, biggest jokes out there that most scams like this start with "I am Nigerian royalty and want to give you money" or "contact this number in Nigeria to..."

Yes, this is a cheat, block it and don't respond to them. If you're really curious, find a contact number for Yahoo Lottery and call them about it. That, or hire someone to see if it's legit. The cost will be lower than finding out down the line that someone has stolen your identity and is using it to get money, should you go for it.

It is a gimmick disconnect all ties to them quickly and if they still call report them.If it was true and they sent it through an email that means they knew all your info that they are asking forexcept for personal info. Those companies were on the news recently.Open your eyes!!

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE WERE APPROACHED WITH THIS SCAM, AND UPON DOING SOME CHECKING WITH AN ATTORNEY, WE WERE RECOMMENDED TO REPORT THEM TO YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL. WHICH WE DID. ANY EUROPEAN LOTTERY OR NIGERIAN LOTTERY IS A SCAM, AND IS ILLEGAL BY US LAW TOGIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR RECIEVE ANY MONEY FROM THEM.

This is known as the Nigerian 419 scam (named after the section of Nigerian law it violates) . It is a scam to be put it short.

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Check the below URL's for more information.

Don't send any info. There are lots of scams and they usually are out of the U.S.
I dealt with one and I told them my lawyer will handle my business and the next day there was no way to contact them. They disappear quickly so they can't be traced.

You're going to be nuts if you believe this junk. Apparently you have sent these people some personal information, and if you did, you may be in for a financial cleaning out. This is all a lie, a scam, a fake. It's been going on for years! Put the email in spam, don't talk to any of these people on the phone and forget trying to get rich quick. It doesn't happen.

It's a big scam, delete it immediately and never, ever answer them.

This is a SCAM. Check out the below link for confirmation of various scams, including the famous Yahoo/MSN lottery scams and how to report them.
http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/lo...
Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.
