2 people arrange to meet under the clock at Waterloo Station.One person arrives exactly half hour after the other person arrives. Neither are early neither are late both are on time. What time did they arrange to meet. Clue: Telephone 30 minutes ago. One phoned the other and said, " I'm under the clock at Waterloo station. Meet me here in 30 minutes." simple one person arrived at the station to leave a message at the telephone booth,(maybe he had to catch an early train),and the other person arrived a half hour later to pick up the message. maybe they just said let's both head in that direction now, and we'll meet each other when we see each other there. They're meeting other people, not each other. one lives in india, the other in china! |
