A business woman calls for hotel's valet service anything ever happen like this?

Willys cynical thought for the day;

Do you ever notice that every time you find an answer, the freaking question changes?

The businesswoman, in town for an important meeting, checked into her room at the swank hotel and unpacked her bags.

Noticing that her best suit had been badly wrinkled during her flight, she telephoned the desk and asked the hotel's valet service to pick it up for pressing.

Almost immediately after she hung up the phone, a knock sounded at the door, and there stood an elderly Chinaman, waiting.

Impressed by the fast service, the career woman exclaimed, "My, you come lickety-split!"

No, ma'am," replied the elderly Chinaman. "Come to get laundry."

A lady I know told me the following. Her company sent her to Singapore for a business trip. When she finished, she was very tired because of the time zone differential and had to sleep a long time in her hotel room.

She woke to the sound of someone turning their master key in her door. She opened one eye (she was afraid to move or speak) and saw a woman wearing a fur coat come in.

The woman took off the fur coat, revealing herself to be naked and laid the coat across the bed, then began to pull back the covers and climb in.

Showing remarkable presence of mind, the woman whose room it was sat up, grabbed the fur coat and the bedside phone, and called the desk asking for the police, that a burglar was in her room.

The police came and arrested the prostitute (that's who it was) who had found her way to the wrong room, and the other woman went home with a new mink coat which the prostie had "tried to steal" from her.

Every time you go to bed early you think that you'll wake up more awake than ever but... you don't. instead you wake up tired, groggy, and wondering why on earth you changed your sleeping habits. I mean going to bed at 7 a.m. and waking up at 11 didn't make you feel this tired and groggy and it certainly doesn't make you wish you had more sleep only when you had a long tiring day and tomorrow will be just as bad do you ever think going to bed early will help, but it doesn't. I can walk around navy pier for hours at a time with no sleep, but when i do sleep before going to navy pier every ten minutes you want to take a break because the body is used to the sleep. Does that mean that the world is a s s backwards at times? ugh lol check ya later 鈾?/div>
