What would you do? I need advice.?

I've been working at an electronic store for three months now. They haven't given me my shirt yet and they already deducted the cost of the shirt from my paycheck. This is my first job and I'm unhappy working at that store. I have to sell mp3 players, telephones, instruments, and activate cell phones. I don't know too much about activating cell phones. People ask me questions that I don't even know how to answer. My coworkers don't care much about showing me things either. I've asked for my shirt multiple times already and my boss and manager always come up with random excuses, I'm getting frustrated with this store. Another problem is that they aren't giving me enough hours, only 4 hrs. once every week. Some weeks they don't even let me work. The store also seems over staffed. I don't know if I should look for another job or wait or transfer to a different store. I don't want to make myself look bad either for switching jobs right away, since I've only been there for 3 months. What would you do?

Another guy that started with me has his tag and shirt already, I don't have either. People question me if I work there.

Have a talk with your boss and tell him to either get you a shirt within a week or give you back the money they deducted. Point out that everyone else has their shirts and you want yours.

You also need to be looking for another job since they aren't working you enough hours. It doesn't sound like there is good management at this store.

land another job, then steal something

Resign and look for another job. There are millions of good jobs out there.

Peace and blessings!
