1. Executive Assistant
2. Manufacture intraocular lenses, lasers for laser vision correction, and contact lens solution
3. We have a lean and aggressive culture. We're a new company and we are looking to grow and take over
4. If the CEO has his way we will be the number one optical company in the world
5. This is unclear - all employees get benefits regardless of salary

7. I handle the day-to-day responsibilities of the corporate finance department. I report to the Chief Accounting Officer and I am chiefly responsible for making sure he has everything he needs - calendar, travel, document processing, report processing, expenses, etc.
8. This question is unclear - I work Monday thru Friday
9. There is no typical workday for me. Every day is a surprise because my boss is going through so many major projects I never know what to expect. I spend a lot of time coordinating calendar, managing multiple expense reports, mail, signatures, more stuff than I could list here
10. I have a GED but I got my job because I had over twenty years experience in administrative work
11. Best - lots of different things to do - busy job - lots of responsibility - I handle tons of confidential info and I tend to know what is going on before anyone else. Worst - can be monotonous, you'll never advance much as an administrator, sometimes you feel like you have absolutely no influence over anything, typically low salary range unless you get into a really good corporation
12. Pursued music as a full time job instead of a hobby
13. I'm starting a home based business built around educational stories and songs for children
14. Yes. It's a good job, especially if you are talented and outgoing and personable. It's something most people that haven't gone to college can do.
