Who do I contact once I realize my identity was stolen? (Please read the details before you answer)?

Someone had hacked into my e-mail and Ebay accounts. They bought things with a credit card. Its not my card, and i'm sure it's stolen too. They got at least 5 items totaling over 500.00$$$. Now I have contacted ebay about this. Saldy Ebay does not have a telephone number. So its all done via E-mail. I have talked with Yahoo and squared that away.

Now my question is, Obviously no action has been done yet the person who had there card stolen but I don't want to be blamed. So Should I call the state police? Call the FBI? I have the mailing address for all the items bought and the last 4 digits of this C.C. #.

Or--- Should I just wait for Ebay's reply on the matter. I'm extreamly nervous because I don't want to be blamed.

Edit: yes, contact the credit bureaus. It's free to put a fraud alert on your account and no credit can be opened in your name and SS# unless they call you at a phone number you designate first. It's cheap insurance. They might be able to tell you who else to contact.

check your credit immediately to see if this person has obtained any cards or bought anything on credit using your name and file disputes with the various bureaus if so.
