Why is it Bid Tv has mostly foriegn telephone operators and they cannot answer a simple question? And they claim to be called John or Albert etc... Outsourcing is cheaper, they give slave wages so they can make a quick buck. I don't think customers like it too much though. It is not just them. Most of the major retailes have got a call centre in India now. It all down to cheap labour. because its cheaper |
