Problem with AT&T DECT 6.0 I can hear people talking but they can't hear me!?

I recently purchased the AT&T DECT 6.0 cordless telephone/answering system (SL82318). Handset 1 is working fine but handset 2&3 are the ones giving me problems! When someone calls I can hear them but they can't hear me. The first day we had them they all worked fine. I'm not too sure if I pressed something or did something wrong. Please help! The website & manual do not help at all!

Make sure you didn't press the MUTE button by accident. Check the LCD display. If the 2 non working have the same display as the one that is okay.

You can also try to unregister all the handsets. Then register them back. Check the user's manual how to unregister and register handsets to the base. Goodluck.
