*or a wireless router and just plug it with the telephone line then i have free wifi connection

pls i need good answer

Free wireless is not to hard to come buy. First you need to get what is called a "USB wireless interface". These look like bigg flash drives. You can buy these at almost any store like WalMart for around $30.00. Once you have one, run the software that comes with it on a cd, and instal. The wireless interface will look for any access points around your area. When an access point is found just connect and there you go. Laptops use this method of hooking up to the internet. Alot of food chains are offering free wifi like MacDonalds and Starbucks. These all work in the same way. Go grab a bite to eat, hook up to the wifi, and chill. sounds pretty good to me.

You would need a modem (unless your router is an adsl modem router or you have a cable account [in which case the isp normally provides the modem]) and an ISP internet account. Yes you do need to pay the monthly fee for the internet connection. The wireless part of the connection is done from your router. It has nothing to do with the ISP.
The ISP just provides the connection to your home, any equipment that you have in your house is down to you.

Where you are located makes a difference for example, in a small town? A City? With a laptop, or Desktop?
Example: 1- (Laptop) In many Cities there are public libraries with WiFi that are Free. Coffee Shops, ect use a ISP that you may pay by Minutes , Hours, Month.

2- Your ISP or Phone company may offer the service with a router.
No, The Router will be the connection to a WiFi signal and use no phone line for wireless connection. Yes, you will pay for the service, However, if you do not care to keep it or the signal is not very good make sure you understand that you have 30 (How many) days to discontinue and ship the router back. For more information call your ISP or Phone company to see what they offer.
3- In Seattle we have a state of the art Library (Thanks to Bill+Melinda Gates Foundation) and I would go there to download all the Bugs and Patches that Microsoft makes because the files are so big and at the time had only phone line connection that was too slow. Now, have signed up with Clearwire $29.95 and within 2 days have easy setup with excellent signal. I was paying MSN $18.95 for dialup so now I pay $11.00 month more for a lot more Broadband.
Thats the key, make sure you have very good signal strength before the 30 or so days expire or you may be back where you started....Most IMPORTANT...Understand Security when using WiFi.......Good Luck
