I need help! Which formula do I use? Megastats Excel Statistics problem. best answer 10 points!?

I know I can do this problem in Excel using Megastats, I just need help figuring out which one to use. I tried DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS, AND CONFIDENCE INTERVAL. I am getting an error saying not enough information.

Please tell which one am I suppose to use and how?
