What kind of ingredients could I use to enchant a love letter to induce a speedy reply back?

I have a letter & a birthday card that I would like to enchant these items with some type of basil, bay laurel leaf, rosemary oil or should I write out my letter in Dove or Dragon ink to induce a speedy reply back from said person? Which one of the blood inks help me with speedy communication issues?

Each year I write my letter and send this birthday card I always include in the letter itself "PS call me or write me back when you can and then I include my telephone number and e-mail/mailing address" (let's just say it doesn't work all the time). This person is a Cancer sign and they usually take their sweet time getting back to me.

Add a boudoir photo of yourself. If this person doesn't respond then, I'd forget about them.

Nothing will make this person write back to you sooner unless they truly want to . Why are you writing a person over and over who isn't appreciative to the gesture ? This may not be healthy for you . I'd say make this the last year you do this.

Seriously? Acceptance that the person isn't necessarily interested in replying back is a good start.
