Price for bundling Digital Phone & Road Runner with Time Warner Cable?

My zip code is 43343. I need to upgrade my service to Digital Phone and Road Runner. Is there a bundle for that? If so, what does it cost a month to have it? How long is that rate guaranteed? Is there an installation fee? Do I have to pay anything up front? Do I have to change my telephone number? Can they install it the same day? These are the questions I need and I've looked and looked but can't figure it out. Thanks for answering all of my questions in your answer! :)
