When will can I expect an unemployment appeal hearing answer (ILLINOIS)?

I had an unemployment appeal hearing over the telephone today. I had a lawyer, and we are pretty confident that I will win. The judge said he will file an answer within 2 weeks. Does it really take that long to find out? Also I filed for unemployment the 2nd week in January and have certified every two weeks since. If I win, when will I get my back pay check? I go to certify again on Monday, will I receive it then?

2 weeks is average; and yes you will get the back check; Monday is possibly a little soon for the system to catch up
