Tips for telephone interview roleplay?

I have a telephone interview with a parcel company and they want me to do a roleplay. The scenario is: you work for a theatre as a customer service agent.
I have to make up answers to the things they ask.
Any ideas what they might ask so i can prepare?

The main key points are a) be in a quite and clutter free area away from distractions b) have a glass of water or juice beside you, b)listen carefully to what you are being asked and be clear and concise with your answers.

If you have time, why not telephone or call into a theatre but in all fairness customr services is about speaking to people whether you work for a theatre or any other service company so sound confident and have a smile in your voice

What colour knickers are you wearing?

I have been a bad boy, how are you going to punish me?

That kind of roleplay?

Hey I was a customer service associate for 2 years and it comes to you as you say it. It is how you ourself would act in that sceniro so you can't really prepare yourself just remeber to always be polite and say it with a smile. You can hear a smile down the phone Or even face 2 face.

Just remain calm, NO distractions...and just think clearly.....you will be fine...
