What three sociological insights might be learned by your answering the telephone without saying "hello"?

If anyone knows the answer to this questions and knows ne thing about sociology that would be awsome!!!

yes we are in the same class haha i was in class that day and i remember him talking about it but i didn't write anything down so i didnt remember..i was just trying to see if there was anything im missing specifically..haha hilarious

it's a violation of a norm, and you could judge its severity based on the person's response.

not sure if these are sociological

-the person feels interrupted
-the person already knows who is calling
-the person does not with to reveal anything until he/she knows who is calling

Sometimes i do that, wait for them to say something and then pretend that it was in fact I that called the person who called me........

PS....sounds like someone's cheating on their homework...LOL

By not saying 'hello,' you're committing a breach of a norm (as someone stated here.) You're always suppose to say something when someone called you. It's just bizarre if you don't. I'd tell you more but I too, have the same exam as you ;-)

i am in his class too but i wasnt there that day so i have no ideas for this question.. all i found was it is unconventional..
