Problem Solving?

We were given 10 problem solving problems and there are three that I can't figure out how ot solve- Could you please explain to me how to solve these or at least which ever ones you know how to:

-The digits 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 9 are each used exactly once to form three two-digit primes. What is the sum of these prime numbers?

-The first digit of a seven-digit telephone number can never be 0. How many telephone numbers exist such that each digit is greater than the digit to its left? For example, 124-5689 is one such number.

-According to Augustine's Fifth Law, one-tenth of a committee's members produce one-third of the output, and the other members produce the rest. ON average, what fraction of the output does each member of the other 90% produce if there are 20 members on the committee? Express your answer as a common fraction.

Well I can answer the first one:
First of all the three prime numbers are: 89, 61 and 43.
the sum of theses are 193.

OOooooh ... I can't do any of this ....but let me try:

Really check out your text...I am sure there is basic information there......
like for
1: definition of a prime, then choose 61, 43, and 89 ...so add them = 193

2: start with a 123-series
123-4567
123-4678
123-4789
123-4890
and
123-5678
123-5789
123-5890
123-5901

and as for
3: St Augustine, that rascal... uh, 1/10 of the 20 guys = 2, so the other 18 do 66% of the work and that means 3.66% is done by each and ....I don't know how to get a common fraction from that... I yam sorry, I yam just a *small* yamster
