Xbox360 repair trouble!!!!!? |
I recently had my xbox sent to miceosoft but(silly me) i forgot to put on the code that the guy on the telephone gave me... after a month i figured i'd call 18004myxbox and see how my xbox was... but the number didnt work, i tried to check online but when i signed in it said that there were no current repairs... i was kinda frightened at this point, does this mean i will have to buy a new xbox???? WIll they provide me with a free one? please answer... i'm hoping i can get my xbox back... Thanks! When you call and give them the information to even send the box to you they take down your information. They should have your name attached to your xbox serial number. I have sent mine in for repairs before without putting on that number. Try the phone number again, it may have been down when you called, the system can be annoying to get through to a live person. |
