How do i know how many agents I require to answer calls in my contact centre? |
I am looking to have either erlangs equation explained in detail so I can gauge how many agents I require to answer telephone calls, or any other formula to estimate how many agents I need. I have the erlangs on-line equation but it does not show me the breakdown of how it is worked out. Surely you can work it out from all the information you have? |
